Corghi Artiglio Master

The Artiglio Master continues to amaze and to draw an indelible line between the past and the future in the world of tyre changers. Probably only Corghi could consign to history the traditional tyre changer, created by astroke of genius in the Fifties and the symbol of a brand and a whole sector of professionals down to the present day.
The Artiglio Master ends the age of levers, physical effort, worries about the delicate rims and dangerous stresses on tyres, and the headache of constantly having to deal with new rims in a fast-evolving sector.
Now,this continuous, rapid evolution in wheel dimensions that has enabled Corghi to produce an even higher-performance version, capable of working on any type oftyre from 12" to 26" with incredible ease and safety.
The operating principle under lying this revolution is absolutely innovative:electronic presetting of the wheel diameter followed by automatic positioning of all the tools, the lift that loads and unloads the wheel in the optimal position, automatically operated bead breaker unit with controlled penetration,the automatically operated tool head that mounts and demounts the tyres withouta lever in sight; and all this without the operator having to move from the working position, since all the controls are placed together on an ergonomic console that allows operation in complete safety.

The Corghi ARTIGLIO 50 represents over 50 years in the tire changer evolution.

The innovative design allows the AM50 to easily handle the toughest tire and wheel combinations on the market today.

Features of the AM50:

• Sturdy pneumatic locking swing-arm design- so the machine can be close to the wall
• Powerful two speed transmission for both the precision and speed. Exclusive slow-start first revolution when fast speed is engaged allows the tire to slip into the drop-cent, eliminating the binding that tears beads
• An all-new bead lifter eliminates the need for a tire bar-reducing operator risk and torn beads - another Corghi exclusive
• Precision bead breaker disk gently loosens both beads
• Center cone clamping with plastic protector means no metal touches the face of the rim at any time
• Handles tires 12" - 30" including UHP, run flat and low profile tires PAX capable with optional adaptors.
